PRICING
All pricing is NET and includes all of our applicable discounts. All Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Prices are subject to change based on availability of raw materials. Base website pricing includes 1 colour print in 1 location.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Additional costs will apply for shipping/Freight as well as a $50.00 *Set-Up charge on all jobs.

ARTWORK
Artwork may be mailed by disk or USB or via email in the following formats: Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps),CorelDraw 9 (.cdr),Adobe Acrobat (.pdf ) or if the logo is one colour it may be sent as a High Resolution (.tif ). All files must be readable on a PC or Mac. Please include a laser printout of your artwork with the disk. All fonts must be converted to curves (paths,outlines).

ARTWORK / PAPER PROOF
Artwork will be e-mailed prior to production for customer approval.

TURNAROUND TIME
Please allow 7 business days for all multi-colour orders from date of approval of artwork. Please allow 5 business days for all single colour orders from date of artwork approval.

PMS COLOURS
Elcyda will endeavour to match the requested PMS colours to the best of our ability. Under normal circumstances Elcyda colours will be within one shade higher or lower on the Pantone colour chart. This is not a defect but a limitation in manufacturing. Should you require an exact colour match, Elcyda advises producing a pre-production sample at our standard cost.

FREIGHT
All pricing is NET and includes all of your applicable discounts. Freight quotes are dependent on the fuel rates prevalent at that time, should the fuel surcharge change then the rates will change. If an appointment or tailgate is required, extra charges will apply. Second time delivery will also be extra. When using a courier, an extra charge of $8 per box for protective packaging. Second time delivery will also be extra.

SHIP DATES
If a deadline has to be met, please arrange pick-up yourself. We cannot guarantee arrival of products as the information only comes from transport companies, we cannot control this. The ship dates provided are recommended ship dates from the shipper. Elcyda cannot guarantee delivery of product as shipping is outsourced. It is recommended to pick up the product if you are in need of the product by a specific date.

BREAKAGES
Should there be any claims of damaged or broken product caused by shipping, the client must report the breakages with images of the product in the original packaging. This must be reported within 7 days of the product ship date (if shipping to the west coast, additional days will be accounted for transit) Packaging: If shipping via courier outside of Toronto city limits, protective packaging is mandatory.

SHIPPING VIA CLIENT COURIER
Elcyda holds no responsibility for product leaving our facility via any other methods than our recommended courier. Once it is picked up, it is considered in the hands of the client. Any lost product or breakages from shipping would have to be address to the client courier directly.

TRANS-SHIPPED
Elcyda holds no responsibility for any items trans-shipped after initial delivery.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE
If requested, a pre-production sample will be supplied at regular printing prices.

DELIVERY
2-3 weeks from receipt of artwork approval subject to product availability. Orders will be shipped prepaid and charged unless specified by customer. Shipping charges are always at cost.

CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations after a job has started will have costs incurred.

DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
Every precaution will be taken when packaging and handling of goods due to the nature of the items. Please contact our customer service department to report damages or breakages. Please note, claims will be issued with the carrier in such circumstances.

RETURNS
No return shipments will be accepted without prior approval. Merchandise approved for credit may be subject to a restocking fee.

GUARANTEE
Elcyda guarantees against defects in workmanship. Any imperfections in the raw materials are not considered defects and do not fall under this guarantee. Please contact our customer service department with any questions or concerns.
